10.09.06 - It's been a few months since the last update, and with good reason. I've been focused 100% on Forecastle and with my studio getting wiped off the face of the earth by a violent thunderstorm and flood (more on this later), all Vixen Red equipment and rock instrumentation are drying. Notice I didn't use the word "dying"... 02.08.06 - A heartfelt goodbye to a close friend and talented engineer, Nathan Robinson, who passed away Monday night. Nathan co-produced The Vixen Red's debut EP: Sunrise and Nightfall in the Equestrian Sea, as well as my solo effort JK McKnight. 11.05.05 - JK McKnight has signed a licensing deal with MTV, for the non-exclusive rights to The Vixen Red's debut EP: Sunrise and Nightfall in the Equestrian Sea. The songs will be featured on the spring season of Made and Sweet 16, so if you don't watch the program, now you have an excuse. 10.03.05 - OK. I'm not going to overly hype this, it could be short lived. But.. the first official "vixen red" show in two years is finally on. See shows for details... 09.23.05 - Some much needed concert chronology updates, including: Summerfest 2005, Midwest Music Summit, South Park Music + Arts Festival, and more...also, some show news in the days ahead (yes, the 1st vixen red show in over two years...really) 06.22.05 - The Vixen Red reunion show @ Summerfest 2005 has been postponed. The rumors are true, a new vixen red is tentatively scheduled to perform @ Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI!!! (aka...the biggest music festival in the world).
